1. Characteristics:

The GP-450YH rotary die-slitting machine is suitable for die cutting and slitting narrow pieces of paper with turret rewinder for small reels. It has meter counter and number counter. The unwinding is controlled by two photoelectric eyes, the structure of the complete machine is compact, fast, with high efficiency, operate the characteristic simply, operate steadily.

2. Standard configurations:

1.   With 1pc 3’’ unwinding shaft, auto inflation air shaft.

2.   With one rotary die cutting station, which comes with one matrix rewinder.

3.   With slitting station, which comes with 2pcs 40mm turret rewinding shafts.

4.  With 1pc 76mm rewinding shaft in bottom.

5.  With meter/number counter.

6.  With desk type ultrasonic web guiding

7.  With 8 sets rotary knives.

8.  With one 50N.M magnetic brake, one 50N.M magnetic clutch.

9.  With auto tension controllers with tension sensor for both unwinder and rewinder.
