1. Characteristics:

The GP-II-520YH rotary die-slitting machine is suitable for die cutting and slitting narrow pieces of paper with turret rewinder for small reels. It has meter counter and number counter. The unwinding is controlled by two photoelectric eyes, the structure of the complete machine is compact, fast, with high efficiency, operate the characteristic simply, operate steadily.

2. Standard configurations:

a)            Two rotary die cutting stations sharing with one matrix rewinder

b)            One slitting station with semi turret.

c)             Unwinder with pneumatic loader

d)            With 1pc 3’’ unwinding shaft, auto inflation air shaft.

e)             With meter/number counter.

f)              With desktop web guiding

g)            With 8 sets rotary knives.

h)            With one 50N.Mmagnetic brake, one 50N.M magnetic clutch.

i)              Machine has blower fan to blow away the trimmed sides

j)              The machine has both 2pcs 40mm air shaft for rewind small reels, and also 1pc 3 inch air shaft for rewind big rolls.

k)            With auto rotation turret rewinder to change the roll when one roll is finished.

l)              With servo motor for turret rewinder.
