Gantry Frame structure High Speed Slitting Machine

Applications:

This machine is suitable to slit and rewind 40g/㎡-400g/㎡paper, no carbon paper, film coated paper , semi-glossy paper, adhesive sticker etc.

Characteristic:

1.Machine use three servo motor control, auto taper tension, center and surface rewinding together.

2.Machine use frequency adjust speed, keep stable running when speed up.

3.Auto count meter, auto alarm and auto stop functions.

4.Rewinding use Two air shaft structure. Motorized unloading，operation is easy.

5.Unwinding use photocell control edge position control way.

6. Use circular knives to slit edge and automatic fan blower the side trim.

7.Shaftless automatic pneumatic loading structure （3”-6”）.
