GPFQ-550B Slitting machine with turret rewinder

1. Characteristics:

The GPFQ-550B automatic slitting machine is the auxiliary product of the automatic die cutting machine. This machine is suitable for slitting narrow pieces of paper with turret rewinder for small reels. It has meter counter and number counter. The unwinding is controlled by two photoelectric eyes, the structure of the complete machine is compact, fast, with high efficiency, operate the characteristic simply, operate steadily.

2. Standard configurations:

a)             With 1pc 3’’ unwinding shaft, auto inflation air shaft.

b)             With 2pcs 3” rewinding shafts, auto inflation air shaft.

c)              With 1200mm unwinder and pneumatic loader.

d)             With meter/number counter.

e)              With auto web guiding with splicing clamp & table

f)               With 8 sets rotary knivies.

g)              With one 100N.Mmagnetic brake, one 50N.M magnetic clutch.

h)             Unwinder with auto tension controller

i)               Rewinder with taper tension controller.

j)               Machine has blower fan to blow away the trimmed sides

k)             With end roll sensor
