BM-800GPD Automatic Surface Rewinding Slitting Machine

1. Applications

The BM-800GPD center & surface Slitter Rewinding Machine suitable for Printing &Packaging Industry, converting jumbo roll to narrow roll (The minimum width 10mm). Jumbo roll material 20-450gsm, such as cardboard paper, kraft paper, coated paper, silicon paper, adhesive tape, plastic film, PET, non-woven, fabric, leather, etc.

2.Characteristic:

1.PLC control system makes the machine an intelligent operation. Machine using three sets servo motors to keep the rewinding roll with high precision. Center & Surface type rewinding way makes the rewinding roll compact and slitting surface smooth.

2.Machine use frequency converter adjust speed and automatic tension control system.

3.Automatic count meter, automatic alarm and stop when the roll reach the setting diameter or length.

4.Rewinding shaft use two pcs air shaft structure.

5.Round blade knife slitting the material, blade knife freely adjustment by manual, and trim waste material take out by fan

6.With ultrasonic web guiding system

7.Pneumatic unwinder shaft loader /hydraulic shaftless loader is optional.
